Designed in collaboration with the Ben Carlson Foundation, this hat pays homage to all the lifeguards dedicated to ocean safety, community impact, and inspiring the next generation of watermen and women.
The Ben Carlson Foundation was established to honor the legacy of Newport Beach Lifeguard Ben Carlson, who tragically lost his life in 2014 while making a heroic rescue. Florence is proud to be the official apparel partner Ben Carlson Foundation, providing performance apparel for the foundation’s events, lifeguard initiatives, and fundraising efforts.

We offer free shipping on all US Orders over $125. Orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days. All shipping is standard shipping via USPS, UPS, and Fedex. We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number which you can use to track the delivery status.

Returns are free for members or non-members that purchase CHECKOUT+: RETURNS and $7.00 for non-members without CHECKOUT+: RETURNS. The $7.00 charge will be removed from your refund balance.

INTERNATIONAL - ORDERS & SHIPPING
We offer international shipping (for all products besides wetsuits) to Canada, Mexico and Israel for $20. Import duties & taxes are collected/paid at checkout, which means you won't receive another bill for duties or taxes after receiving your shipment. Some carriers charge for delivery reattempts. You will be responsible for any reattempt charges the carrier may charge. The average international order is typically delivered 3-5 weeks* from time of purchase. We offer returns on international orders, but it's at the buyer's cost to ship the item back to our distribution center. Please contact customer service for assistance.
