1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Florence Marine X, Surftech, and Bark Boards Inc. located in the United States.

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsors, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on May 5, 2026 and ends on May 31, 2026. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the official entry form on the FLORENCE website during the Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified.

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from FLORENCE, Surftech, and Bark Boards Inc. Participants understand that their contact information may be shared with Surftech and Bark Boards Inc. for marketing and promotional purposes. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

One (1) winner will receive:

The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.The winner will be notified via email within 15 days after the giveaway ends. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Shipping & Delivery
The paddleboard prize will be shipped to a valid U.S. address provided by the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.The gift card will be delivered electronically or physically at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to FLORENCE’s Privacy Policy and may be shared with Surftech and Bark Boards Inc. for purposes related to administering the giveaway and providing marketing communications. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their information as described herein.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway.Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

12. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
