Your products are still in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.
START YOUR RETURN HERE Please note that only items purchased through FlorenceMarineX.com can be returned through our online store. All items purchased through physical retail stores must be returned to where they were originally purchased.
Returns take 7-15 business days to be processed. Once a return has been processed, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account. However, in some instances, it may take your bank or financial institution up to one billing cycle.
PRO/EXPERT - RETURNS Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on pro/expert orders.
INTERNATIONAL - ORDERS & SHIPPING We offer international shipping (for all products besides wetsuits) to most countries (with the exclusion of Brazil, Chile, Russia and Ukraine). Import duties & taxes are collected/paid at checkout, which means you won't receive another bill for duties or taxes after receiving your shipment. Some carriers charge for delivery reattempts. You will be responsible for any reattempt charges the carrier may charge. The average international order is typically delivered 3-5 weeks* from time of purchase (*Estimate shown at checkout is in business days and does not include 5-7 business days to pick, pack and deliver to our international shipping partner).
