Can I sign up to be a member if I’m outside the United States?

• For now, Florence Marine X Society membership is only available within the U.S., but we’re actively working towards international availability and we’ll keep you updated.

REWARDS FAQs
With your membership you will receive a 10% store credit on participating products your purchase that will be added to your membership account balance.

How do my rewards work?

• As a member, whenever you purchase an item(s) on florencemarinex.com you will receive a 10% store credit on participating products you purchase that will be added to your membership account balance.
• Your available balance can be put towards future purchases (web-only).  

How do I spend my rewards balance?

• If you retain a balance in your membership account you will be prompted at checkout to use your accrued credit against your purchase.

Can I receive my rewards as cash or check?

• No. Your rewards are solely applicable towards online purchases, and do not retain any cash value outside online store credit.
• Rewards are only redeemable for merchandise and are not transferable.

Do my rewards expire?

• Your rewards balance will expire 365 days after your most recent purchase, but your membership will remain intact.

How do returns affect my rewards balance?

• If your rewards have been issued (or is in the process of being calculated), then that amount is deducted from the purchase price.
