We offer free shipping on all US Orders over $125. Orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days. All shipping is standard shipping via USPS, UPS, and Fedex. We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number which you can use to track the delivery status.

We hope you love your Florence Marine X gear but we understand that sometimes products don't fit or you may want to return your purchase. That's not a problem. You may return your items as long as:

Your purchase was received within the last 30 days.
Your products are still in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Returns are free for members and $7.00 for non-members. The $7.00 charge will be removed from your refund balance.

Please note that only items purchased through FlorenceMarineX.com can be returned through our online store. All items purchased through physical retail stores must be returned to where they were originally purchased.
INTERNATIONAL - ORDERS & SHIPPING
We offer international shipping (for all products besides wetsuits) to Canada and Mexico for $20. Import duties & taxes are collected/paid at checkout, which means you won't receive another bill for duties or taxes after receiving your shipment. Some carriers charge for delivery reattempts. You will be responsible for any reattempt charges the carrier may charge. The average international order is typically delivered 3-5 weeks* from time of purchase. We offer returns on international orders, but it's at the buyer's cost to ship the item back to our distribution center. Please contact customer service for assistance.
